Nicki is the owner and head decorator. She started Sweets on a Stick in 2012 in her home's kitchen. She is a self-taught baker and decorator who has always had a passion for creating sweets that are both beautiful and delicious! In 2015, she started looking at expanding beyond the confines of a home-bakery, and fell in love with the idea of this cute little house in old downtown Frisco. It was a long journey, but her dreams came true and Sweets on a Stick opened it's new doors in October 2017!
